Blake enjoyed another podium finish at Crossbone MX Ranch on Saturday! The days racing combined two MX series in the state, the Central Alabama Motocross Series and the Alabama State Championship Series. This provided an exciting day of racing in all classes!

The 2nd CAMS race at Noah’s MX Park was moved up to Saturday due to threatening skies and we all enjoyed racing on Saturday for a change. Blake rode well in his 65cc 7-9 moto, getting faster every lap and really getting the hang of his new bike at the starting gate. (more…)
Blake and family had a great time at the CAMS banquet where final season trophies were awarded. Blake podiumed in two classes: 2nd place in the Open 4-Stroke class where he competed on a bike with an engine half the size of his competitors, and the 50cc Entry class where he placed 3rd.
It was an exciting banquet with lots of door prizes, huge trophies, and friends we’d not seen since the end of the ‘08 season.
Blake’s looking forward to the ‘09 season where he’ll be racing his #88 KTM in the 50cc 7-9 class and Open 50 class. He’ll be posting his schedule soon. Come watch Blake race and hang out with him and the Ander Racing Team.
